1. Ordering & Payment Policy

• Customers must provide accurate personal and shipping details while placing an order.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

• Payments are accepted through secure online methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders are shipped within 7-8 days from the date of confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service.

• Customers will receive tracking details once the product is dispatched.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Order Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of placing the order may be eligible for a refund (after deducting applicable charges).

• No Cancellation Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Returns & Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of our crochet products, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed after verification and may take 7–10 business days.

• We are not responsible for variations in color or texture due to screen display differences, as each crochet item is handcrafted and may have slight variations.

• We shall not be held liable for any misuse of products after delivery.
