• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom-made or personalized crochet items may take 5–10 business days to create, depending on the complexity.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll keep you informed via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 – Delivered in 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: ₹100 – Delivered in 2–4 business days

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding soon!

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your package through the courier partner’s website or from your account on our website.

5. Packaging & Sustainability

• Every item is carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• For lost or undelivered orders, contact our support team – we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
